Manager – Business Development

Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments within the organization.
Office Management: Handle general office tasks such as organizing meetings, managing office supplies, and assisting with office-related functions.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, provide product information, and address concerns. This may involve phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in various tasks such as preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Order Processing: Process sales orders, including verification of order details, inventory checks, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This may involve using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales documents, and contracts.
Strong English Communication and Computer Skill must be needed.

Salary: ₹18,600.00 – ₹34,700.00 per month
