Back office Sales Support Job Profile
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Follow up on sales inquiries, leads, and customer requests.
Coordinate sales activities and events, such as conferences, meetings, and trade shows.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company.
Order Processing:
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule.
Work with the operations and logistics team to coordinate shipping and delivery of products to customers.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide product information and assist customers with their purchases.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer databases, including contact information and sales activities.
Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team.
Keep track of inventory levels and assist in managing stock availability.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare sales presentations, materials, and documentation for meetings and sales pitches.
Compile and analyze sales data to track performance against goals.
Create and maintain sales records, reports, and contracts.
Training and Support:
Train new sales team members on company procedures, systems, and products.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to the sales team as needed.
