Job Title: Sales Engineer

Department: Industrial Automation

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Reporting To: Management

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Cess Automation India LLP, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of industrial automation products and solutions, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Sales Target Achievement:
·         Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for industrial automation products.

·         Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and generate new business.
2.    Client Relationship Management:
·         Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their automation needs and providing tailored solutions.

·         Conduct regular client visits and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
3.    Product Knowledge and Presentation:
·         Stay updated on the latest trends and features in industrial automation.

·         Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our automation solutions.
4.    Lead Generation:
·         Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

·         Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
5.    Proposal Development:
·         Prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals in collaboration with the technical team.

·         Ensure that proposals align with client requirements and industry standards.
6.    Market Research:
·         Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

·         Provide insights to the team to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
7.    Reporting and Documentation:
·         Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

·         Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to team discussions.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: BE/Diploma Electrical or IC

Experience:
·         Experience of 3 to 5 years in Industrial Automation industry

·         Product familiarity of VFD, PLC, HMI, Servo, SCADA, IIOT, CNC, ESS, etc is required.
Skills:
·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

·         Knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions.
Competencies:
·         Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·         Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Working Conditions:
·         Office hours: 9:30AM to 6:30PM

·         Working Days: Monday to Saturday
