Position: QC Assistant – Electric Panel

To ensure the quality of our electric panels, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QC Assistant to join our Quality Control team.
Responsibilities:
1. Inspection and Testing:
· Conduct visual inspections of electric panels to ensure they meet established quality standards.
· Perform functional testing on various components and systems within the electric panels.
· Collaborate with the production team to identify and address any quality issues during the manufacturing process.
2. Documentation:
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and any non-conformities.
· Generate inspection reports and documentation for each batch of electric panels.
3. Compliance:
· Ensure that electric panels adhere to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· Keep abreast of industry best practices and quality control guidelines.
4. Collaboration:
· Work closely with the Quality Control team and other departments to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
· Provide feedback to the production team on quality improvements and corrective actions.
5. Training:
· Assist in training production staff on quality control processes and procedures.
· Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
6. Equipment Maintenance:
· Ensure that inspection and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
· Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in quality control is a plus.
· Proven experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing of electric panels.
· Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electric panels.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
· Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to use testing equipment and tools relevant to electric panel inspection.
