Having more than 13 years of vast experience in Health, Safety, Environment and Fire profession in Heavy Construction, Plant Expansion, Power Plant, Chemical, EPCC, Consultancy, Jewelry Manufacturing Industry, Waste management recycling industry and food liquid packaging industry. Assistant Manager EHS
Ensure the completion and review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations Ensure that all the health and safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated. Independently handling EHS activities and taking corrective measures for better safety at plant. Provide regular reports to HR management team on relevant EHS activities. Responsible to Coordinate govt. bodies like SPCB, CPCB, DISH, etc. during their site visits and strictly follow their rules and regulations advised by them. Review the incident action plan for safety implications. To provide training related to EHS issues and concern. To ensure statutory obligations relating to the area of EHS. Carry out safety inspections regularly. Maintain hazardous waste disposal system in premises. Celebrate various important EHS related days to improve awareness among the employees.
Assistant Manager EHS
Develop and implement site EHS goals. Implement the occupational health, safety, and environment function under the guidance of EHS Head to strategically achieve Organizational EHS Goals. Ensure that the projects, processes, and operations of the organization are performed in compliance with various acts, rules and applicable legal conditions while ensuring fulfillment of IMS and ESG requirements. Responsible for implementation of documentation structure for ISO 14001:2016 and ISO 45001:2018 implementation as Integrated Management System (IMS) for NEPRA. Responsible for identifying and implementing the compliance requirements pertaining to Environment, Occupational Health and Safety for site locations and perform compliance submissions to various authorities in a time bound manner.
