Currently working as Senior Manager – Finance and Accounts in Black Box Limited (formerly AGC Networks Limited) having accounting and financial reporting exposure of more than 30 years with SAP experience of more than 20 years and 8 years in Oracle. Monthly book closure activity, getting it audited on quarterly basis. Preparing, auditing and finalizing financial statements, consolidated financial statements of the Company. Annual report printing and XBRL filling. Technically competent professional with experience across Accounts Management, Finance Management, Auditing, ERP Implementation, SOX Compliance & Implementation, Receivable & Payables Management, Documentation, Statutory Compliances and Team Management.
